Diagnosed For High BP, Fibromyalgia And Depression. Not Taken Medicines. Good Diet And Exercise. Advice?

I was diagnosed years ago with High Blood Pressure, Fibromyalgia and Depression. For the past 3 years I have been unable to buy my medications but have amintained my healthy food diet and exercised when I could. I find that I am having symptoms that are scaring me, but Im not sure if it is these diseases or menopause. Is there some where I can go to be seen and get treatment that will not cost me body parts?

Hi,
As you had depression in the past and now at the age of menopause your problem aggravated.
Go for regular blood pressure and take medicine if you have.
Attend Menopausal clinic and take advice.
Go for regular exercise like walking, swimming etc.
keep your self busy with your routine work and affairs.
For depression you may consult psychiatrist.
If require consult Gynaec for hormonal treatment.
Ok and take care.
