General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM.
It cant be fixed naturaly and the surgery is only acceptable treatment for aneurisms larger than 5cm. Such aneursims have higher risk of rupture which is usualy catastrophic and fatal. so you need frequent follow up and size of aaa measuring,if there is raoid grow, you should have surgery. till that try to avoid risk factors that casue atherosclerosis since it is also cause of aaa. all in all, this is not something to ignore and to risk.
Wish you good health.Regards
