How about your lipid profile? You do have certain risk factors and must undergo complete heart checkup-stress TMT,echocardiography,,lipid profile, serum creatinine, serum CPK,Liver function tests etc if your cardiologist agrees.Often, CPK levels are high on severe muscular activity.

Evaluation shall allay fears and set you for adequate treatment if necessary.Strenuous workoutwith dumbells etc should be avoided

According to your age suryanamaskara for 50 times and dumbles for 50 times are very heavy because when you strain your heart has to work hard to pump the blood so dont exhaust yourself do your exercises and yogasanas after consulting cardiologist and yoga dr there are specific yogasanas to protect your heart to maintain blood sugar and blood pressure normal and for the good sleep. so consult cardiologist for your heart health.
take care.
