U NEED A DIABETIC DIET CHART OF AROUND 20 KCAL/KG OF YOUR BODY WEIGHT, AND BE STRICT TO YOUR DIET CHART. BESIDES THAT U NEED TO DO REGULAR AEROBIC EXERCISES LIKE BRISK WALK OF AROUND 30 TO 45 MIN DAILY UPTO A TOTAL OF 150 MIN MINIMUM PER WEEK. IT WILL HELP YOU TO LOWER YOUR BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL. U CAN SAFELY INCREASE YOUR INSULIN REQUIREMENT AFTER THAT AFTER DOING A FASTING AND POST PRANDIAL LEVEL, SAFE LIMIT FOR YOU WILL BE AN HBA1C BETWEEN 7 TO 8. FIRST DO LIFESTYLE MEASURES AND THEN SEE THE RESULT. YOU NEED NOT TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER INSULIN OR PUMP AT THIS STAGE
