Diabetic, Low Blood Pressure, Back Pain, Recently Developed Sciatic Nerve Pain. Unbearable Pain In The Morning. Help?

hello doctor, my mother is 68, she is suffering from diabetes & low blood pressure, since long she is suffering back pain , but recently developed sciatic nerve pain , as per orthopedic doctor here , it was advised to keep on taking medicine, and no surgery etc was advised, kindly help, she cries due to pain specially when gets up in morning, also using LS strap belt

Thanks for query.
It seems that due to osteoartheritis of lower spines giving rise to irritation of the nerves giving rise to Sciatic pain.
Go for physiotherapy of spines.
Use hard bed for sleeping.
Give pain reliever as and when required.
Ok and bye.
