Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

No doubt uncontrolled diabetes can give rise to loose motions due to hyper peristaltic movement, but one has to exclude other gastro intestinal pathology associated with diabetes mellitus. With your history of loss of appetite, acidity, gas and sometimes loose motions, I would like to investigate her in the lines of tuberculosis as well which is a common association in patients with diabetes. The rise in blood pressure could be an independent entity as such and so is the UTI, both of which are to be managed in their own light.
I would suggest you to discuss with your family physician in the light of the above possibilities and take proper treatment.

Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic for clearing your doubts on health. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
