Diabetic, high BP, pain on left back. Ultrasound shows hyperechoic lesions in liver. Advise ?

hi i am male 37yrs and diabetic , with high blood pressure ....just felt pain on my left back and front which came put to be stones in the kidney they 4mm left and 6mm on right side... i have been asked to take kcit syrup ...also the ultrasound shows few small hyperechoic lesions measuring 3mm to 4mm noted in liver ... pls advise

Hello I am Dr P G a Diabetologist Your contents indicated only about your hypoechoic lesions in. your liver .It is better to Take a MRI abdomen for further follow up Regarding your diabetes you have not asked any doubts So kindly follow my suggestin that is MRI abdomen thank you bye. DrP G.
