Welcome to HCM
It is likely that you have some kind of muscle weakness or the joint problem like fozen shoulder?
It is physiotherapy is very important for such cases so please consult a Orthopaedic surgeon and Physiotherapist in this regard initially there may be pain during exercise but gradually this improves.
Hot fomentation and local therapy may be continued.
If you are detected to have diabetes then take care of your diet and exercise daily walking 3to 4 km at brisk pace helps also if you are overweight.
Inspite of diet and exercise if blood sugar high then you have to take antidiabetic medicines for that cosult a Physician/endocrinologist.
Be positive you will improve soon, just start today.
Good Luck to you.
