Diabetic, fluctuating sugar level. Had an angioplasty. Related?

I am diabetic for the last 10 years and under was under good control HBA1C between 7.2 to 7.8. Last few months the fasting sugar ranges from 100 -140 and PP 160-280. I take Obimet 1Gm Sr 1-0-1, after meal,Diamicron 30 MR before Breakfast. 1-0-0. My lipid profile is under good control -below normal levels with ecosprin AV 75. On 19th of Feb.I had an angioplasty and when asked about the the rise in sugar levels I was told that this is bound to happen after the procedure and that if it persists then I need to visit the diabetologist. In between my doctor asked me to take Glycobay 50mg before breakast, which has not impoved the sugar contriol, which I have stopped after three weeks.I am on drugs for the post Angioplasty. I normally have a 50 minute walk every day for the last 15 years but now post the Angioplasty I had stopped walk for a few days and have started walks in gradual steps. Can any one suggest a alternative solution/remedy to control the sugar levels. Thanks

There are excellent remedies for diabetes in Homeopathy. In my experience average of 80% have controlled their blood sugar level within a week time and some of lucky have been cured within few months. In homeopathy, there are better chances of permanent cure but time varies from person to person. Homeopathic medicines revitalize associated organs by non-violent and effective minimal doses of natural active ingredients on the bases of individual temperament. We homeopath consider physical, emotional and spiritual level and assess a person holistically rather then disease. We believe there is every thing in nature for our cure if we understand ourselves holistically rather then considering only pathology of our disease.
To control diabetic through homeopathy is easy and beneficial but same time to restore permanent health we together will investigate and try to remove the underlying causes of diabetes such as mental shock, vaccination, family history of diabetes, tuberculosis or Asthma or in the habit of catching cold frequently etc. This will be removed by homeopathic causative medicines.
We run diabetic campaign and prescribe homeopathic remedies. In our campaign most of the patients have been benefited by homeopathic treatment. You are most welcome to participate in our diabetic campaign. We will guide you step by step. It is easy, effective, natural and quick.
Best of Luck.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Diet, Exercise and Drugs - the three should be in order.
Lack of exercise post-procedure is one reason for the rise.

You may increase the dose of Obimet to 3 (The maximum dose of Metformin is 3 grams)
You may increase the Diamicron MR 30 to Diamicron XR 60
Safer option is to take Glucobay - increase the dose to 100 mg - WITH EACH MEAL.

There are alternatives for each one / in the same class
There are other alternatives - tablet / injections
Discuss with your diabetologist.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
