Diabetic. BP Issues, Hernia Issues, Was Overweight. Taking Fluids. What Can Be Done?

hi , iam a debiatic , and I have blood pressure issues, htp and a visual hernia, that ive had for several yrs due to surgery, but that not the problem , iam having , ive had a problem with almost passing out and dropping, but I don't drop . I also have sleep apena and use a machine. but haven't had one for months . my blood sugar was fine , and my blood pressure was 115/86//? I set and rest a lot when it happens , afterwords and take a lot of fluids ,I tell my dr and she just says let her know if it continues . iam at 230pds , I used to weigh 300.

based on my experience you need to be examined by Neurologist.
You need neurological examination and investigation like complete blood count, liver and renal function tests and brain CT.

Dear sir/madam

Sleep apnoea is common in patients who are overweight and diabetic. Some times it might become dangerous as it may cause sudden waking up in the night.
Sleep apnoea is sometimes associated with autonomic neuropathy. So get yourself evaluated for autonomic neuropathy
Make sure your diabetes drugs doesnot cause hypoglycemia.
Consult a neurologist once.
