Diabetes, Low Good Cholesterol Count, Taking Glucored Forte. How Can I Increase Good Cholesterol?

i am diabetic from last 12 years and taking glucored forte 6 tabs a day now my good colestrel is 30 and blood sugar 116 fasting and 145 post lunch - what i shoud i do to increase my good colestral and can i reduce my tab of glocored tabs?

your sugar is well controlled.To increase good cholesterol go on regular exercise and can start ROZAT 10mg 0-0-1 But let me know ur lipid profile first.
