Diabetes, high cholesterol, high BP, white covering on left eye. History of gout. Causes?

hello doctor, my father, 49 is recently being diagnosed with diabetes , high cholesterol , high blood pressure plus history of gout . i also noticed that his left eye got white covering, around his brown eyes on the outer part. i wonder if that show the progression of the diseases. i also want to know what is the perfect diet for him.

Hi Dear thanks for your question on HCM,your father is having diabetes, high cholesterol , high blood pressure along with gout .and has developed white covering, around his brown eye on left side.Dear the disease your father is suffering from are all chronic disease and one diseases is has additive effect to the damage caused by other.since your father is diabetic ,diabetes causes premature cataract,in eyes and along with blood pressure damages the retina, a place where we vision is perceived,your advised to get your father examined by an ophthalmologist to look for premature cataract and also Damage DoNE TO RETINA ,SO THAT HE M.AY BE PUT ON EFFECTIVE TREATMENT TO PREVENT further damage to his eyes
