Hello
Controlling your high total cholesterol, high triglycerides and high LDL cholesterol is much more important than taking omega 3 supplements.
While tight blood glucose control helps to prevent or reduce microvascular complications ,aggressive management of dyslipidemia along with other associated risk factors such as hypertension, obesity leads to prevention or slowing down of process of atherosclerosis, the mother of all macro vascular diseases like coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease and peripheral vascular disease.
80% of diabetics die of macro vascular diseases.
You can take two capsules of omega 3 in a day.
Thanks
