Diabetes, cholesterol and alcohol?

If one is a diabetic on tablets for blood sugar, cholesterol tablets and high blood pressure tablets is it okay to drink booze in moderate quantities?

ALCOHOL SHOULD BE AVOIDED IF U HAVE DIABETES BECAUSE ITS EMPTY CALORIES AND ALSO AFFECT UR INSULIN PRODUCTION ITS BETTER TO STOP AND NOBODY HAS FACED ANY PROBLEM BY STOPPING ALCOHOL.

Heavy alcohol use causes chronic inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), which impairs its ability to secrete insulin and ultimately lead to diabetes or worsen existing diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
