ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Thanks for writing to H.C.M.

I read your query regarding bent nose, and nasal septum is bent towards right side, therefore your right nsal cavity is having comparatively narrow passage to air. Thus you are mainly breathing by your left nose.

This deviation may be corrected only by surgery (Septoplasty ). This is an intranasal proceedure and may be performed under local / general anesthesia.

I hope your query is answered.

Regards.
