hello, my name is Tosin, I developed post surgery sepsis which resulted in enterocutenous and enterouterine fistula, it closed on its own. occassional pain is felt on the op site and during ovulation ,

Thanks for writing to us.
You are very lucky that your fistulas have healed without causing any major infection. It is normal to have occasional pain at the site. It will gradually subside with time after adequate fibrosis has happened. You can take mild pain killers and anti inflammatory drugs for temporary relief.
