Depression, Low Energy Levels, Getting Worse Every Year. Advice?

im 37 yrs old and it seems like my depression and low energy levels are getting worse every year Im not on any meds they all seemed to make me mad and that's a dangerous place for me to be cuz I lash out and don't care of consequences whats my deal is there a test I should take for something its getting pretty bad to the point where I cant say what ive been thinking of doing

Sleep is essential for high energy levels, and getting too much or too little can dramatically affect how you feel.
Foods that keep your energy up are complex carbs, including fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and proteins, the building blocks of cells.
Movement is any physical activity that you enjoy, such as walking your dog, dancing, swimming or playing tennis.
Sometimes taking too many prescription drugs or a dose that’s too high for you can reduce your energy.
