Depression, Lack Of Concentration, Feeling Lost And Lonely. Advise?

For years I have been hiding what I now come to try to execpt might be depressions. I see no way out. But I am scared to see a doctor because if you look at my live its not really what i would expect a person with depression to have. I have a lot of friends and am in a relation but i fell lost and lonely. I have a good education and a very good job, but I fell like a loser in everything I do. I get things done but I feel like I can't concentrate. I have had so many bad experience with doctors with other sickness. Despite it turning out that I was sick, the kept telling me that I am imagining the symptoms and don't take it serious without knowing what they are causing with this. I am not able to talk about this in person to someone because I have been keeping up the show for too long and can't stop if I am around people.

welcome to Healthcare Magic.

It is possible to have depression without having any stress or deficiency in life. Many time person develop negative thinking (depressive cognition) which decreases their quality of life. In such cases cognitive behavior therapy is very helpful.

Following steps will help you:
-Get help of nearby psychiatrist/psychologist
-Ventilate your feelings (+/-) to some close family member or therapist.
-You need to accept reality in present and look forward in life.
-Make structured routine and focus on it.
-Take healthy diet and proper sleep.

-Relaxation exercise like daily brisk walk, yoga and breathing exercise

Wish you good health and all the best.
