I had gone through the case and found that it might be due to deficiency of vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12,which normally deficient in people.

So I will advise to go for investigation of D3 and b12.

Might be you need of injectable d3 and b12.

Take calcium rich diet and nonvegetarian diet. Expose for morning sunlight.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.
