Dent, Hard Lump On The Right Side Of Hip After Falling From Stairs. Causing Discomfort. Matter Of Concern?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The swelling is may be a collection of blood "Hematoma" that might have turn into firm lesion only worrisome part is there should not be any infection, otherwise this will come around with anti-inflammatory drug alone,"serratiopeptidase" can be added with the NSAID it will come around with this if does not responded then it has to be investigated have nice day.
