Dengue, IgG, IgM Positive, High Platelet Count. Taking Medication, Red Spots On Skin. Second Phase Of Dengue?

Hi, My husband was detected with dengue with IGG and IGM positive and platelets count was close to 1.7 Lakhs. He had high fever for a week but it subsided after that. Now after 1 week, we found some red spots on his skin. He has no other symptoms like fever or vomiting . Is this the second phase of dengue? Please explain

hi,
dengue haemorrhagic fever is the 2nd stage of dengue
occur due to infection with a 2nd strain of virus.
usualy fever do not subside.
patient's condition detoriates.
your patient is stable without any fever.
so probably its not the 2nd stage as you are thinking.
