Deltopectoral Soft Nontender Node, Have Palpitation, Lipoma, Asymptomatic, Swelling. Is It Benign?

i noted this morning a rt ?deltopectoral soft(I am afraid?rubbery) approx 1 cm mobile nontender node. In front of mirror it looks a small bulge; apparently I thought lipoma (may be I have not noticed before). But on palpation, it was smaller may be less than a cm with firm consistency. I am 54. Very anxious being a physician myself; what do you suggest? I am absolutely asymptomatic and dont seem to have any other nodes except a few submandibular for very longtime, as long as I can remember. A colleague sas wait for a period of few days. Only recent change is - I had cleaned kitchen and toilet for hours with chemicals yesterday. This visible swelling appears quite acute as I dont seem to have had it visible even a few days back ( I hope so). I hope I have something benign. Gray's anatomy says a few can be normal, but literature is frightening.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, being a physician you need not worry about it, as it is soft, mobile, and pain less, more over sudden occurance.
It may be due to some infection in the upper arm, shoulder, or back, or in the neck like a small boil, or bite. Thank you.
