Delayed Periods, Unprotected Sex, Stomach Bloating, Nausea. Negative Urine Test. Pregnant?

Im not regular on my periods but this time has been 43 days from my first day of my last period, i have a kid 21 month old and sometimes i dont use condoms , and so far my only symptoms are, tight upper belly, some nauseas, missing period but my last urine test was 1 week ago and it came negative, is there any chance of pregnancy? Im 34 years old

Hi,

Unprotected sexual intercourse always carries a risk of pregnancy. If your urine pregnancy test is negative, it is always better to consult a Gynaecologist and get a serum beta HCG test done and also an ultrasound scan of the pelvis, to rule out the cause for the missed period.

If you are not pregnant, then you may require progesterone pills to cause withdrawal bleeding. These are prescription drugs. Please see a gynaecologist before you take them.
