Good day doc! I'm 6 days delayed and had two faint positive urine test taken today and 3 days ago respectively (early am urine), then later tonight i experienced some light bright red spotting. Could you help me out? im I pregnant or am i undergoing a chemical pregnancy? thank you in advance and for taking the time to read......

Chemical pregnancy is one where the ovum gate fertilised but does not get implanted. The pregnancy usually goes unnoticed as the periods come on time or in a couple of days.
In your case wait and watch policy is advised.Serial serum hCG monitoring will be helpful.Avoid strenuous activities and take rest.
