Delayed Periods, Pain In Ovarian Region. Stopped Birth Control. Pregnancy Test Negative. Causes?
Hi, I came off the pill in June an had a late period not coming till early August! Now again I am late and have no period since then but this time I have been experiencing some pains in the ovary region and I took a pregnancy test tonight but it read invalid!? The pains are not often by the way isolated and only happened twice!

I can understand your worry if you are suspecting pregnancy then you have to go for USG test because this is the only test which gives cent per cent correct results, although looking to history given here this could be said that the chances of pregnancy is very less, hope this information helps you have nice day.
