Delayed Periods. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Guidance?

Hi my wife have problem that my wife's menstrual cycle has stop it should be start on 26th april but still its not started
we had 3 times sex last month in which on 23rd have sex without any protection . She had check pregnancy on 1st of
May but result was negative but still cycle not started .

Please guide us.

Hello,
Hoping your wife's menstrual cycle was regular, and she is supposed to get her period on April 26th. She had missed that period. She is almost on the 44th day of her LMP. You had protected sex 2 times and unprotected sex 1 time (3 days prior to the expected day of her period) in the month of April. From the history and regular menstrual cycle the chance of pregnancy is less. Ist May - may be early to show the correct picture. Better repeat the Lab pregnancy test now to confirm the diagnosis and act accordingly.
