Delayed periods, cramps, fatigue, loss of appetite, blurred vision. Causes for symptoms?

My period is two days late, I am normally on a 27 day cycle my period was due on Tuesday but never came, I have been experiencing cramps as if it s going to come but never does, I have also been experiencing fatigue , and a little loss of appetite , when I do eat I feel full very quickly, for the past two days I have been experiencing blurred vision .
