Delayed Periods, Could It Lead To Pregnancy?

Hello
My period was late 4 days..this month I have under huge stress and have depression. my diets very bad also but im worried i might be pregnant. My cycle is usually 28 days but today (33) my period has arrived. I think i have light pinksih brown on the pad but when i wiped it was very red and normal Please help? Om confused and young!

Stress and strain, diet changes can affect the menstrual cycle by affecting the hypothalamo-pituitary-ovarian axis.
The pinkish discharge you are having may indicate starting of periods.
So you wait and watch for few more days, possibly by that time you will get your periods.
If not consult gynecologist once and get examined to find out the possible cause and take treatment.
If you had intercourse around the time of ovulation there is possibility of pregnancy, if not no need to worry. After consulting the doctor you can get clarification regarding this.
