From your history, it is obvious that there is some hormonal dis balance.
Now, headaches, low energy level all indicates to presence of hypothyroidism
And in hypothyroidism, the menstrual cycle also get abnormal and it becomes irregular, heavy, and painful.
May be there is presence of Polycystic ovarian syndrome
which will leads to these types of symptoms.
So, what you will do
1. consult with a gynaecologist for progesterone
group of drugs to start menstruation
2. Test the Thyroid profile including T3,T4,TSH.
3. Do a whole abdomen ultrasound
Review with the reports.
