Delayed Periods After Taking Susten For Ten Days. Could This Indicate Pregnancy?
Hello Doc, This month I have planned for a baby. first day of last period was 28 nov. Till now I didn't my periods. But I tested using pregnancy kit. It is showing negative. I am not sure whether I am pregnant or my period is delayed. Also I was taking susten 200 from 20 dec to 30 dec (ten days). Please give me some direction.
Hello Thanks for the query to HCM. Stipulated date of period was 28th November . Supposed to be on 27th or 28th December . Pregnancy test is negative but it is very early to diagnose . So wait for another 3-4 days and thereafter get in home pregnancy test for pregnancy confirmation. Susten is progesterone and a preventive step for miscarriage ( if pregnancy is there in your case ). In my opinion continue susten tablet and get pregnancy test as mentioned above. Good luck. Dr. HET
