Delayed periods, abdominal pain with mild bleeding, had eaten lemon, pregnant ?

I had a quarter lemon at a day before my period was supposed to start, I am not having it except for few drops of blood . Now two days have passed, is it because of the lemon? An blood drop usually follows by a session of abdominal pain .. I usually have period every 28 days. Is that delay because of the lemon of there is a possibility that I am pregnant? I do appreciate your answers..

Eating lemon will not delay periods. To answer your question information is needed regarding,
your age,
your weight ,
any medical problems you are having like thyroid disorders etc,
any recent remarkable weight loss or gain,
any kind of stress you are facing,
any hormonal contraceptive methods you are using etc.
If you are of reproductive age, with normal weight and height and not having any of the above risk factors more possibility of pregnancy is there. Better to undergo urine pregnancy test after 1 week of your missed period. If test comes negative and you still do not get periods better to visit a gynecologist and undergo checkup and ultrasound examination.
