My period is over a week late, 2 pregnancy tests said I was negative. Then I got horrible pain in my lower back and in my stomach that made it hard to sit stilland lay down . Then I had bright orange urine that has never happened to me before. I drank water and this morning my urine was a bright yellow. The pain Is in my stomach now..

It is possible that you may have been dehydrated and not had enough fluids to drink. This can make the colour of your urine very dark and it may seem orange or very dark yellow.
See the colour of your urine after drinking plenty of fluids. It should come back to normal.
The pain in your stomach may be just premenstrual discomfort, prior to your getting your periods.
However, if things do not settle down in next few days, see your doctor who may do a few tests to see what the problem is.
