I am 5 days late on my period, took a pregnancy test , it came out negative, i am sexually active, but i have not had sex since before my last period, i am on birth control and have taken it consistently, when i ovulated last i was under a high level of stress and very well may not have ovulated at all, but i am experiencing slight cramping in my lower abdomen , and im confused
