Delayed Period, Negative HPT, Spotting, Persisting ?pregnancy Symptoms, Wake Up With Hand Pain. Remedy

I was recently late on my period for 28 days. Took several HPT and all were negative. My cycle is 34 days and I am never that late. On the 29th day late, I started bleeding lightly, a light red/pink color. I have had nausea, super human sense of smell, craving foods, like shrimp, sore breasts, clothes not fitting right, fatigue, mood swings (which are not like me at all). I have carpal tunnel and it has subsided and not been a bother for years, and recently, I wake up in the middle of the night with my hands hurting. I have two kids already but never bled with them. I do not have insurance through my work yet, so I can't afford to get a blood test done. What can I do?

Hi, You was late by 28 days for your period. PT negative, on 29th day light bleeding started, nausea, smell, sore breast, fatigue, mood swings, hurting hands.
As the PT are negative don't worry about pregnancy, it might be a gastritis, due to indigestion or some thing of that sort.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe a combination of omeprazole and domperidone BID, for few days . Thank you.
