Hello,
You are now 17 years old. You had one inj. Depo-Provera 3 months ago. Each injection provides protection against pregnancy for up to 14 weeks, but the shot must be received once every 12 weeks to stay fully protected.
It is advised within the first 5 days of the menstrual cycle. You are not on birth control tabs. But you had only one shot 3 months ago. Your period is little late than the usual early.
I went through all your complaints. If you are sure of No sex last month, the symptoms seem to be due to the onset menstrual bleeding. An antispasmodic and Painkiller may take care of your all the symptoms. If not alleviated, then consult a gynecologist. If you had sex then do a HPT and act accordingly
Best wishes for you
