Delay In Periods. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Could I Be Pregnant?
I have always been regular, and i havent had sex in two years minimum and three months ago i had sex, once unprotected but took a preg. test and it said i was negative. i've had some of the sympotoms of cramping and things for a period but not spotting at all even and im usually med-heavy. nothing. could i be pregnant with a false false?

You can repeat urine pregnancy test once more.
It may be false negative or weak positive in early pregnancy due to low HCG level.
Ultrasound is the investigation of choice.
Symptoms may also be due to psychological factors.
So, better you confirm as single unprotected sex may lead to pregnancy.
