Degenerative Disc Disease, Feels Dizzy, Lumbar Problem, Knees Meniscus, Arthritis

I have many problems degen. disc. disease , bad neck C4-5 problems, lumbar oproblems bad knees meniscus and full of arthrititis. Last 2 years I get dizzy spells, real bad last night I rolled over got very dizzy, room spins bed spins and my 2 arms flew up over my head, by there self. scary, i don t know what is going on. age 62.

All the changes you are having are the age related degenerative changes in your body. The reduced disc space, cervical spondylosis causing dizziness, osteoarthritic knees are all age related problems. Symptomatic treatment and regular physiotherapy will be helpful.

as you wrote,it shows the negative attitude of you to words life.please have positive attitude to words life,it will help you in curing the changes you have in yours body.these are normal wear & tear of body.the every one on this earth suffers with,you are not the only one to face it.the best remedy is --physiotherapy,please start at physio center as early as you can, along with analgesics,,nerve tonics,,& mild muscle relaxant..these will help you a lot,for knee add food suppliments drugs with wax bath physio,& exercises.
