Deep Pain With Spasms On Left Side When Bending Sideways, Pain In Lower Back, Hips, Tight Stomach, Bloating, Numbness And Swelling In Feet And Toes. Suggest
PAIN ON LEFT SIDE (DEEP PAIN) STARTED WITH SPASIMS WHEN BENDING SIDEWAYS FROM A CHAIR. STOMACH FEELS TIGHT AND BLOATED AND PAIN MOVES AROUND TO THE FRONT AND BACK. PAIN IS IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LEFT SIDE AND SOME PAIN IN MY LEFT LOWER BACK AND HIP...ALSO SOMETIMES HAVE SWOLLEN FEET ESPECAILLY RIGHT SIDE AND TWO TOES ON EACH FOOT GET NUMB THE OUTSIDE TWO TOES
Hi ! Do you consume alcoholic beverages or not ? If yes, the stomach pain which moves to the back could be due to a pathology in the pancreas. As the pain started on bending sideways from a chair, along with pain in the left lower back and hip, it could either be a muscle spasm or a minor to moderate degree of prolapse of the intervertebral disc which may also be causing your toes getting numb. Also please get your blood sugar tested as a base line. I would suggest you to see your family physician/emergency room of a nearby hospital if these complaints persist. Till that you can go for an OTC anti spasmodic/anti inflammatory along with a proton pump inhibitor. Wishing you an early recovery.
