Deep Horizontal Indents That Run Through Upper Calf Muscles On Legs. Are These Caused By Fibromyalgia ?

I have very deep horizontal indents that run right through the center of my upper calf muscles on both legs, they are about 4 or 5 inches long. I noticed them for the very first time after I started a new workout routine, my legs became extremely sore and I thought they were just cramped from over exertion maybe? Its been almost a year and they never want away though and I just assumed they were normal and I had just never noticed them before. However any time I start working out again or when its very cold, they feel very cramped and painful to walk.
I do have other health issues... I have been told I have fibromyalgia, not sure I agree. Could these indents be caused from fibromyalgia, or is it possible this is something completely different?

Dear Madam,

I dont think it is due to fibromyalgia , I think its an entirely different disease and needs to be investigated.
