General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! Possibly you have got an oral infection post deep gum cleaning which has spread to the tissue below your chin ( sub mental area). This has given rise to the swelling below your chin and there could be associated fever which might be responsible for your headache, body ache. It is not possible to exclude an abscess of the area without a clinical examination. I would suggest you to see a general surgeron/ENT surgeon to exclude any infection and abscess developing in your sub mental region.
Wshing you an early recovery.
