Deep Breath, Hitched In Chest, Eye Twitching, Muscle Twitching, Stiff Neck. Cure For Symptoms?

I took a deep breath and my breath kinda of hitched in my chest and it felt stuck. It's happened a couple times. I have recently gone to the doctors because of eye twitching and a lot of muscles twitching on the right side of my face. I had a stiff neck and it was finally starting to feel better and she thought that was what was making everything freak out.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that you had a sudden muscle sprain due to a sharp breath. You need to have a hot shower, take mild pain killers, have rest and if the symptoms persist then get some muscle relaxants prescribed from your physician.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Regards,
