abscess in any tooth causes severe pain...
it is so severe that sometimes not relieved by pain killers also...
in that case patients are advised to take injectable pain killers like diclofenac injection 50 mg but since you have mentioned that you are allergic to pain killers then first consult your doctor to know about diclofenac allergy...
other than pain killers warm saline gargles 3-4 times a day good to relieve the symptoms so please try it and get your tooth removed as soon as possible....

It is not clear that which class of pain medicine do not suit you. However many people are do not tolerate NSAIDs (like ibuprofen, diclofenac etc). In such cases we usually recommend oral opioid analgesic. Since these drugs are "habit forming" , you must get a prescription from your physician for a limited period.
Beside, keeping a clove in your mouth near the effect tooth will also help.

Thanks for sharing concern in HCM forum. Your severe pain is due to collection of pus in the abscessed area. As you have decided to extract your tooth tomorrow, your pain will pass away immediately after that, as the pus will drain through extracted tooth socket. Ciprofloxacine is a good antibiotic to control dental infection. But all antibiotics need at least 48 to 72 hours time to show its result. You did not mention that what kind of analgesic you are allergic to. As you are taking toot high dose of Aspirin 1 gm and still having pain so its unexpected other common analgesics will work. The best way to get relieved is to drain the abscess, but as you are extracting your tooth tomorrow, so we can discard this idea now. For present pain relief you can try a different group of analgesic called opioid analgesic, preferably with a permission from your doctor . For example oxycodone 30 mg or Tramadol 50 mg tablet or injection or Buprenorphine 0.3 mg injection. Hope this will work. Wishing you a good health.

According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that you have developed severe infection in your tooth. A x-ray has to be taken depending upon which re-RCT or extraction can be performed.
You can start with Augmentin and Acecelofenac serratiopeptidase combination this will definately refief the pain.
Take lukewarm saline and antiseptic mouthwash rinses at home.
Avoid eating from the affected side.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.

You have a decayed tooth which has gone worse due to spread of infection to the surrounding tissues leading to formation of periodontal abscess.
This type of periodontal abscess drains in the oral cavity and may lead to nausea and vomiting.

The abscess needs to be drained and compressed in position and then followed by a course of antibiotic and analgesic will subside the symptoms of pain.
The infected tooth can be treated by root canal procedure or if the prognosis of the tooth id poor it is extracted and replaced by a prosthetic tooth.
yes ciprofloxacin and aspirin will help to relieve the symptoms ,please visit your dentist and get the treatment done.

Your history shows a picture of bad tooth with severe pain which has to be removed
As you also mentioned that you are allergic to asprin so i will suggest you to take any painkiller which is suitable to you
For the infection to subside you should take augmentin 625mg thrice a day along with flagyl 400mg
