Dead Skin, Peeling, Bleeding, Wrinkly. What Is That?

I was sharpening my pencil with a hand sharpener. I saw some dead pink skin on my finger so I started to peel it off. It bled a little so i put a bandage for a few days. I took off the bandage and the part where the bandage was, it was whiter than the rest of my skin and a little wrinkly! Will it stay like that for while and disappear or will it always be like that?!

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You had a small cut with bleeding and after applying bandage the part which was covered with bandage it is wrinkled and white.
Please do not worry at all it is due to pressure and moisture ant will go away in few hours and your skin will be normal by the time you will get this answer.
Just take care that there is no infection if it is still open apply some local antiseptic, it will heal in few days.
It is possible that you applied bandage with tightly.
