Dark Urine, Pressure Below Belly Button, More Acidity. Could This Be UTI?

I am 31 yrs old. I am not over weight or have any known health issues. Recently I started noticing dark urine and sometimes it is pink with blood. I am having a pressure feeling below my belly button and I seem to have more gas than normal. What could be causing this. I am going to the Dr tomorrow but I am curious to know if this could be a UTI?

Thanks for writing to HCM

There are many causes of dark urine.You also mentioned about hematuria(blood in urine),it need proper investigation.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,Ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME.
Ultrasound of abdomen can exclude many conditions.
Hematuria and dark urine may be due to Renal or urinary bladder calculus,UTI,Tumour,STD,trauma etc.
Proper treatment can be done after clinical examination and investigations.
For acidity you can take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg before food for one month.
