Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

It appears as though you do have some abnormality, now what this is, we can say only by a laboratory analysis of your urine. Let me first help you with some basic information.

Dark-brown urine can be seen in the following cases:
-Medication like antimalarial drugs chloroquine and primaquine, the antibiotics metronidazole and nitrofurantoin, laxatives containing cascara or senna, and methocarbamol — a muscle relaxant
-Eating large amounts of fava beans, rhubarb or aloe
-Liver and kidney disorders

Cloudy, unclear or grey urine can be seen in the following conditions:
-Urinary tract infections (UTI)
-Kidney stones

In my opinion, a UTI or stones some where in the renal tract could most probably be the cause. But, even in the presence of kidney stones, you will have to treat the urine infection caused by the stones.

Thus, please visit a doctor who will request for a urine analysis and confirm the presence of an infection. Treatment initiated will be with antibiotics, pain management medication and a potassium chloride based solution to relieve symptoms of a UTI.

To find or rule out the presence of kidney stones, an ultrasound scan will be required.

In the meantime, please drink plenty of water and also consume cranberry juice, if available as this has shown to have numerous added benefits.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
