Dark Urine Color, Bladder Fullness, Swelling, Muscle Pain In Back. Causes?

I have dark colored Urine , I do not have a UTI . Its not dark if I drink cider. When I drink a lot of water is is clearer. When my bladder is full I feel something like the size of a button on the left side. Just behind that in my back I feel a constant mussle like pain in my back and also the left groin mussle feels like it has a slight pull. Any ideas?

Urologist 's  Response
hi,
Your symptoms are quite non specific. Urine when concentrated is dark and when you drink enough water it will be light in colour. Your pain on the left side is unlike any urinary pain. To be on safer side get your urine examined and also ultrasound of the abdomen to look for any other pathology. Sometimes urinary stones might present in a atypical way. consult a urologist.
