Dark Spots On Upper Palette, Swelling Below Chin. History Of Oral Tumors. Treatment?

i ve noticed little dark spots in the roof of my mouth and i ve had some swelling under my chin and front of neck just above the adams apple area, because i have a tumor in my mouth i did ask my doctor about it he didnt seem to be worried about it because it was no where near the tumor. The swelling has gone down but not completely for me to be worry free.

Hello,

The swelling may be due to lymph node enlargement. It happens in the presence of infection and cancer.
It is good that the swellings have subsided indicating that it may be due to infection.
Consult your doctor and take a course of antibiotics.
