Dark Spots On The Penis. What Are These?

hi, have a most embarrsing problem, my penis has dark spots on the front and back ,(it is not lump,its just dark colors on skin) ,there are many such small spots on the backside on the foreskin too.,but all are only on the left side only, these spots started appearing when i was in school days,i am shy to consult a doctor, please help me . i will attach the penis photo too., Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Fordeyce's spots on penis.
The penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more small sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.(Fordeyce's spots)
Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.
Do not worry they will get resolved over a period of time without any treatment.
