Dark Spots On Skin Near Anus, Uncomfortable Reddish Pink Line In The Opening Of Anus. History Of Diagnosed With Pilonidal Abscess. Suggest

I noticed that I have dark spots on the skin near my anus. I also noticed a small redish pink line in the opening of my anus. I don't know what it could be, it kind of feels uncomfortable when I need to go to the stool. Please let me know what this is.
Thank you. age 22 height 151 cm weight 100 lbs, medical history, diagnosed with pilonidal abscess, plan to get it surgically removed because of recurrence.

HI WELCOME TO HEALTHCARE MAGIC.It seems you are suffering from perianal intertrigo.It tends to occur in moist areas.Secondary infections from fungus and bacteria are also common.Oozing of fluid from your pilonidal sinus may be a cause for it.Keep area dry and clean.Use antifungal powder at day time.Start applying a steroid antifungal and antibiotic combination over affected area.Use loose undergarments.Once you have done with your surgery for sinus this problem will also recover.Take care.
