Dark Spots On Forehead Due To Squeezing Acne And Whiteheads. Oily Skin. Can Glycolic Acid And Depiwhite Cream Be Used? Recommend

hi doc, am a 23 years old male, i have acne and whiteheads in my forehead and i used to squeeze it and as a result i got dark spots in my forehead which really looks bad.
i want you to prescribe me

1. the best cream for preventing whiteheads and acne in my forehead
2. cream for removing dark spots which occurred in my forehead as i have squeezed the whiteheads and all.

I used to use salyic acid cream to prevent occurring acne and i have recently heard about glycolic acid too which is better cream?

can i use depiwhite cream for my dark spots?

my skin is quiet oily in nature and am in real confusion to choose the product and am afraid that use of this creams may result in spoiling my skin causing side effetcs.

please do reply am eagerly waiting for your reply doc
thank you.

hello,,i understand your situation
acne vulgaris is a common skin disease presenting as sebborrhoea(red scaly),papular, pustular, cystic, comedones(black and white heads)..
due to excess of testesterone, causing increased sebum and hypertrophy of sebaceous glands often infected by propriono bacterium acne and staph epidemidis..varies from person to person and same person at various times due harmonal level variations
some times it causes scars, causing reduced self esteem and psyological effects like depression
remember that most of the people get rid of this by 25yrs..
so dont get panic, depressed,,trust yourself that it is quite normal and self limiting and no mistake of yours to feel bad about it..
all you need to do is keep your body clean, wash your face 10 to 12 times with clean water, wipe with clean seperate towel, use soap 2 to 3 times only, eat healthy, avoid high caloric diet choclates sweets, milk ,milk products, oils, junk food, retinoid creams, benzoyl peroxide ,try sunscreen with uva uvb, kojic acid containg creams in the night
do not pick or sqeeze

,antibiotics and chemical peeling on advice of dermatologist
and
more important beleive in yourself,be confident, you are going to be normal soon bye take care,,,all the best

hi,
thank you for using health care magic
i can feel your difficulty,
well henceforth do not touch pimple or white heads.. for its spot which you have created you can apply kojic acid at bed time.. it will help in removing marks.. however all these cream has little effect and takes long time.. you can go for chemical peeling to remove marks.. it is little expensive but has good result. it removes your spoiled skin and helps in fresh health skin growth..
for preventing acne you can apply clindamycin gel or benzylperoxide gel..you can take tablet of isotretinoine .
wash your face 3 to 4 times per day to remove excess oil, avoid pollution
avoid oily and junk food... dont apply any cream on face it will make your skin more oily..
hope this helped you..
